Blower Motor – measure amperage and voltage for proper operation
Thermostat – test for proper operation, calibrate, and level
Cleaning existing air filter (as needed)
Bearing – inspect for wear and lubricate
Inspect indoor coil if accessible
Confirm proper return air and size
Refrigerant – monitor operating pressures
Safety Devices – inspect for proper operation
Electrical Disconnect Box – inspect for proper rating and safe installation

Upon arrival went to attic and removed the door to the blower wheel and immediately noticed how dirty the compartment was
Blower wheel is very dirty and recommend removing and cleaning blower wheel to allow for proper air flow
Checked capacitor and is in manufacturer specs
Checked amp draw on blower motor and is in manufacturer specs
Some of the ducting has become detached from the supply plenum and recommend reattaching back to supply plenum
Went to outdoor unit and checked refrigerant charge and is in manufacturer specs
Checked amp draw compressor and is in manufacturer specs
Checked amp draw on condenser fan motor and is in manufacturer specs
Checked capacitor and is in manufacturer specs
Outdoor condenser coil is very dirty and is hard to just rinse off
Recommend chemically cleaning outdoor condenser coil to allow for proper air flow across refrigerant lines
Unit is working properly at this time
